What we believe

As a church we believe...

1. In the divine inspiration, authority and sufficiency of the Holy Scriptures
2. In the trinity of the Godhead, the father, the Son and the Holy spirit; Three in one, equal in power and glory
3. The atoning sacrifice of Christ as a propitiation for the remission of sins
4. The fall of man and his consequent depravity, necessitating the Holy Spirit's work in regeneration and sanctification
5. The justification of the sinner before God by faith in Christ alone
6. That at death the soul of man does not cease to exist or become unconscious
7. That the dead shall be raised to life, or to condemnation
8. That the blessedness of the righteous and the punishment of the unrighteous are alike eternal
9. That the observance of the Lord's Supper is a command, which should be obeyed
